Hoosier is a Pre-qualified Contractor within the State of Indiana with the Department of Transportation. Additionally, Hoosier is certified as a Women Business Enterprise ("WBE") with the Indiana Department of Administration, and the city of Indianapolis. Hoosier is also a union contractor, with employees representing the Laborers, Operators, Teamsters and Electrical Unions.
