| NiteStar
The NITESTAR® DMI is designed to make distance measuring easy. Accurate
measurements for 911 addressing are recorded from the comfort of your
vehicle. The NiteStar has many features including serial connection to
a laptop or printer that can aid data collection needs. Optional Survey
Data Management (SDM) software and GPS receiver records coordinates for
surveying and mapping data.

| Range Tracker (No Passing Zone Calculator)
The Range Tracker System is a unique method to determine
highway no-passing zones. The system utilizes two vehicles, a lead
vehicle equipped with a specially modified NiteStar DMI (Distance
Measuring Instrument), a RF modem, and telemetry, and a second vehicle
with a NiteStar DMI, a modem and a laptop computer to log events.
