| Safe-Stop Trailer Model #9000
The SST TMA is an innovative new

| Safe-Stop 180 Model #9182
Two light-weight aluminum cartridges are contained in a reusable steel
support frame. When impacted, the steel support frame is designed to
collapse and the aluminum cartridges crush to absorb the energy of the
impact, bringing the vehicle to a safe, controlled stop and preventing
it from underriding the truck. The Safe-Stop 180º TMA’s cartridges fold at the center, reducing the
total system’s height to just 2.08 m (6’10”). The two cartridge
sections literally stack on top of each other. |

| Quick-Mount System
Ease of attachment allows a truck to quickly hook up and act as a
shadow or barrier vehicle. It also allows the unit to be unhooked just
as quickly so the vehicle can be back in service on another job that
does not require TMA protection. The TMA can be transferred from one
vehicle to another to maximize productivity with the fleet. |
