Hoosier performs construction services either as a prime contractor or subcontractor primarily within the state of Indiana. Construction services provided by the Company include the installation of traffic signals, highway signs, roadway lighting, installation of intelligent transportation systems, airport signs and lighting and installation of chain link fence.
